Love this product! Contains two different forms of very absorbable magnesium. Each capsule is low enough dosage so you can adjust your daily total if needed. Easy to swallow capsule and easy on the stomach. No problem taking on empty stomach but take only one capsule at a time anyway, as with any magnesium product.

Recently I decided to try "Calm" for my Magnesium. I will be returning to Advanced Magnesium. I have muscle problems, trigger points and spasms. When taking Advanced Magnesium I had a lot less problems with my muscles. Easy to swallow capsules and now I know it works best.

I have read a couple of articles about what magnesium form one should take for best results, Magnesium Malate and magnesium Glycinate are the best you can take. Opposed to Magnesium Citrate they are less likely to cause diarrhea. I take 2 capsules before bed. It helps with cramps, promotes good sleep, and is also very important for the absorption of vitamin D when you have a deficiency.

Good quality supplement and ingredients, no taste, improvement and visible benefits after use, good package size.

First time me trying this mix, but definitely fully satisfied with it. Didn't have any stomach problems nor weaknesses. Really good one, definitely recommend!

I've been taking a different brand of glycinate and malate separately and was thrilled to find this magnesium combo. both are absorbed very well, helps with sleep and overall health. easy to take daily

It is a very good quality product. Magnesium malate and glycinate are beneficial for our health. Price is good given the fact that contains 150 capsules ( my physician recommended to have 3 capsules per day).

I like this magnesium supplement. The capsules aren't huge and you only have to take a couple. highly recommend magnesium supplementation in general and this product specifically.
