This is the best Vitamin K that I could find online. It doesn't have any magnesium stearate or stearic acid and is has the both kinds of Vitamin K MK-4 and MK-7. I used to buy the California Gold Vitamin K from iherb but they seemed to have stopped making it but that was the best Vitamin K it had all 3 kinds of Vitamin K. Anyway this is the next best and so glad to have found it.

For years I was taking MK-7 supplements for my heart and bones. When I got diagnosed with osteoporosis, I learned the importance of having MK4 and K2-7. I was so happy to find InnovixLab's Full Spectrum Vitamin K2, which had both forms of Vitamin K2. One form is absorbed quickly, the other more slowly. I feel that with this product I am getting the Vitamin K that I need.

This particular K2 formula has the benefits of both MK4 and MK7. From what I understand the MK7 is more bioavailable, but the MK4 has certain benefits for people with bone issues. It really is impossible to tell how well it's working without a DEXA scan and one must have been consuming this vitamin “mixture” for some time before being able to see if it is indeed doing that job. Capsules easy to swallow. I guess in “our” community we already know why we take certain vitamins and that K2 is necessary in combination with vitamin D3.

Arrived on time. Have only been taking for a week so I'm not sure how effective it is going to be. But I have not experienced any issues with taking one a day.

Love the company (innovix and omegavia). Awesome full spectrum K. Next round I'll get the one with the vitamin D. I got this because I had alot of standalone D at home. easy to swallow.

I've only just started to use this product but it was highly recommended by a friend. Easy to swallow, no flavour, only small capsules. I'm not seeing any difference in my health but only early days. Quite affordable and one container should last me a month. Truely essential for ones health and wellbeing.

As of May 2024, I have taken 2 capsules per day for 16 months. During this period my blood pressure has gone up and I have mild aortic valve calcification. This vitamin K2 is not keeping calcium out of my soft tissues. I will discontinue this product.
