This is one of the most awesome tools I have ever seen! My steam cleaner is getting harder to use due to my degenerative disk use, plus I'm short and the extensions are awesome and I can now clean drapes, mini blinds, and anything including the inside of my car! I just turned 73 this yr and need all the help I can get! The attachments are all useful and save me a lot of 'bending, scrubbing, and washing of the unit! If there is a negative at all it's that the tank will not hold much water, so you have to stop and refill rather often.

Amazing product! I purchased one for my mother's bday gift. Then tested it out for her. Honestly, I didn't want to stop using it. It was fun, super easy, and lightweight. I ordered two more for myself and it arrived to my house before I flew back home. My sisters will be getting one for Mother's Day. Shh.. :)

I haven't had the steam mop long, not even a month. I'm speaking on it as a new user but it so far does great. For what I need it for. (Which would be my kitchen and bathroom floors and my walls) The water bottle needs refilled often and it take a second to get the steam going as it should per attachment being used. It has a long cord it can get pretty hot for tough stains and its pretty to look at. (I have the purple and white one.) Honestly for what I paid it seems to hold up. I can always come back and add a new review if anything changes over time but I recommend. If anyone needs an inexpensive steam mop that can also be used for multiple cleaning jobs

i bought it to help with spring cleaning at the group home i run on weekends. using the steamer cut the drudgery down to a third of the time it took last year! it's amazingly easy to use and deep cleans everything thoroughly! i plan on buying another for a present! highly recommend!

I got this steam mop used it once and it did not work again. However I contacted the company via email and they replaced the parts and it works perfectly now. I love companies with great customer support. I will purchase from this company again just bc of their wonderful and responsive customer support. Thank you!

Cleaned my tile floors great with 2 different steam settings. Makes lots of steam on lowest setting. Easy to assemble the handheld and attachments. Water tank is separate and convenient to fill while using. Steamer is small enough to clean up close and use with one hand no big bulky unit to juggle. It's lightweight when using the extension wands on floors but felt slight weight when used as a handheld only. The extension wands gave it support when cleaning floors so weight was not an issue. Quality was better than expected.

walmart delivered my package to the wrong place. it was the first time. this has happened. I have to wait 48 hours before I can request a refund or replacement. I don't know why, that is.

Less than 2 months and few uses it broke. I contacted seller and didn't get a response. It's obvious that as long they get their money back, they don't care about their defective product. Very flimsy plastic material. I'm not rich and I work very hard for my money so my advice is : Don't waist your money with this product.

This vacuum stopped working 12 days after my purchase. It will it not even turn on. The attachment stopped spinning. The attachment is attached to the motor, so guess what? It completely stopped working. I threw the box away and now I'm having to jump through hoops just to get my money back. This is the worst electronic purchase that I've made to date.

It does get really hot, but it is not made very well and I'd never liked how it's top-heavy and falls over if you're in the middle of cleaning you have to stop everything and lay it down or it's gonna fall over and it started leaking after the second time of using it .they need to do a few things to make it better other than that, I did really like it he needs upgraded
