Inspire Mattress Pad, Oversized 36"x 72" – Quilted, Bed Pad for Incontinence Washable, for Adults and Kids Reusable Underpad

I sweat (not a little) day and night, head to feet. This always meant a choice between getting up and placing a bath towel in the worst areas, or changing the sheets after one night. I am so very glad I bought two!! One to use and one to wash. May buy more later. After the first washing, they were much softer and the waterproof side was more supple. I was surprised how quickly they dried on a light cycle. Note: don't use softener (see tag on item). They fit almost head to feet of a queen mattress and cover 1/2 side-to-side. These would be awesome for pad or diaper over-runs, or post-op leaky bandages! Good sheets are costly and this inexpensive fix would protect them.

i like this oversized mattress pad. i have a queen size mattress and it only covers half of the bed. Being creative I turned the underpad around and it stretches directly across the entire width of the mattress. Glad I bought an extra.

We have a very old cat who is in good health except for one problem...when she goes to sleep she "leaks" just like an elder person. So we got two pads for her spot on our bed. Now I just change the pad, put it in the wash and put the second pad on the bed and it is ready for all of us. We didn't even have to "train" her to sleep on the pad, she just seemed to know it was meant for her. Our problem is solved and we are all happy and dry!

The size is perfect ~ even on Queen or King size mattresses. i was impressed with the quality of this pad.

As we get older, we don't move as fast, and accidents can happen, that's where this bed pad comes in. It's great, it does it's job protecting the mattress. Until it got cold, and I started wearing flannel pajama pants, they get traction on the pad, I roll over a lot in my sleep. I wake up and the pad is scrunched up, moved over, a bit of a mess. The rest of the year I sleep in long tee-shirts, and didn't have this problem at all. The other problem I have is that it is only 36 inches wide, my bottom is rather wide as well, I just wish it was wider. The length of 72 inches is great. But before you say, why not just turn it sideways, I roll over a lot in my sleep, I need more length than the 36 inches that way too. I don't know, maybe if it was 48 inches, it might be ok, but I looked at a lot of these on the Walmart app, they're all 36 inches. Made in a different country, that doesn't understand our butts are bigger, found that out looking at the size charts... Otherwise this is a great product. I do suggest buying 2, because I don't put it in the dryer, I hang it up to dry. So ones is still on the bed, while one is outside. I don't hardly notice it while I'm sleeping on it. It's a thicker plasticy substance, it doesn't make any crinkle noises. It's comfortable, I haven't noticed any extra sweating because of it. I've had it for 4 months now, and so far, so good. I have not had any big accidents on it, so I don't know how much it can actually hold. If you're over 60 you know sometimes going from lying down, to sitting up, to standing, just isn't as fast and smooth as it used to be, this is there to catch the leaks. Or if you're wearing incontinence pads, and/or diapers, and they leak, it catches it. Buy it, don't ruin your mattress, this is cheaper than a new mattress.

It's the perfect size, works great, and protects my linens, but it slides. I make 1 move and it slides off the bed.

Leaked first time out. Washing one time started disintegration of the backing and so integrity severely compromised. Not happy.
