Great fit and true to size. These are made in such a way that they really have no front or back, which is great, if you are like me, the easier to use the better. The absorbency is not really the best. I find that using the pull up alone will only help if you have a low output of urine. These work much better with extra padding inserted. I buy what is called a topper. I also buy incontinence pads and use them along with my pull up, works much better, especially if I am out and about town doing a few. Chores.

I used to buy depends at Costco, but they stopped carrying my size. So, I decided to try Assurance. I was surprised at the nice fit for XL. Very comfortable and nice. Nice look. Very serviceable for Bladder leakage. Very discrete. I would highly recommend to anyone. Great price.

They are great. I just like the bigger packs. The smaller ones don't last as long. They mostly keep you dry and feel just like underwear. Without being able to walk fast enough to the bathroom. These saved on cleaning up a lot. Prayers and God's blessings to everyone and your families

Unfortunately I have been having issues with incontinence due to nerve ending issues due to hip problems ( osteoarthritis) in need of a hip replacement . I am not elderly and dont have issues with bladder or kidneys . I have used other adult diapers and they do not have the absorption that these have. I have used the name brands. They created more of a mess . Didnt hold urine just ballooned and went every the diaper didnt absorb Also they didnt seem to let my body breath well and caused sweat in areas, These do not do that. They also had a strange fit when pulling up and would bunch up in the crotch area after even a couple of hours so I was having to change them more often as a result. I am getting surgery soon so this shouldnt be a problem But def if I need in the future this will be my choice . I love the amount you get for price. And agree with other reviews that the stock isnt great . I wanted a bigger bag but it wasnt available.

Just had surgery. I've been using these since I've had diarrhea and couldn't control when it hit. Theyre sure worth the money and a life saver. It's embarrassing anytime. especially embarrassing when you're out in public and you have a bathroom accident, because you didn't make it. These give me a peace of mind when going out in public and at home. I recommend these.

Some adult diapers are not great. They leak, don’t absorb quickly and often not a great fit. This one is all three for the best I’ve tried. They are soft, fit well, absorbent and best of all last thru the night. I love them. No red marks where they irritate the skin or not fit well. These are well fitting, You don’t notice them as often as other brands under clothing.

The only reason I get these in the xl size is for the padding and also the ability to insert four extra overnight thin pads inside, some with micropore tape, because I'm urinary incontinent and underweight, also. So, there's a newfound posterior that I wouldn't otherwise have without these Assurance pullup women's undergarments. They are very soft, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. I change out the inner pad that I apply separately, daily, and continue to re-use each pair until the sides become transparent. You can tear these away from you while on the toilet, in order to throw in the trash without making a mess, if you have too. But, these wear just like cotton undies and are very breathable, so I love them. I'll NEVER GO BACK to traditional undies again, these are just so darn ERGONOMIC! And did I mention ABSORBENT? They outperform the name brand undergarment brand. Thank you, Walmart! You're the absolute best in my book!

These work wonderful especially if you can't get to the bathroom on time,I swore I would never ever use these,but when I said that I wasn't 69 years old and had multiple sclerosis where the signals don't tell me in time in the to let me know when it's time to go potty. the only thing that I have a problem with is I don't know where the front is or the back I don't know if the size is supposed to be in the front or you're supposed to wear the size to the back,lol. If it tells you then I've missed it!

I've used these for about 10 years. I have tried the name brands, and they are about the same, just more economical. My problem is only that when I urinate in them, it all goes to the front, then leaks, if I don't get to the bathroom quickly enough. I end up having to change frequently, with the front soaked, and about half way back to the back is completely dry. I don't know if it is just me, or if it is the underwear. I wear the XL, just because I feel like it gives extra protection.

They are not high enough- tall enough. When you are big your stomach makes them fall or roll down. If the XL were TALLER they would go over my stomach, but they aren't. The XXL is higher and covers it, but are not tight enough inside my thighs. So I wear the XL for the tightness at the top of my thighs AND the XXL OVER the XL to keep the XL from rolling down. Yes, I buy two different sizes! Make the XL HIGHER TOP TO BOTTOM, OR, make the XXL tighter at top of the thighs....inside the crotch. I hope that explains it....
