Had A problem with our cat feeder, called Instachew for help, service was absolutely outstanding. Feeder was pretty old so we replaced The feeder. They did everything possible to get old feeder going. Highly recommend Instachew . Any product is only as good as the company behind it.
I am so happy with this feeder. I got 2 individual ones for each of my cats who eat different food. They were super easy to set up, nd assign to each cat. The app is intuitive and a breeze to use. The camera is sharp and night clarity is amazing. I absolutely love it!
I wanted the feeder with the HD camera. It was easy to order online and came to my house quickly. This is a Christmas gift and I'm so happy to give it!

This feeder is awesome for vacation or just everyday use. There is a camera that can also take pictures and has microphone to talk to pet. But be aware while using microphone, our cat got scared. The food can be set for certain times and amounts. I would recommend this feeder to anyone with cats.
I bought my instachew a few months ago and it had BEEN A LIFESAVER! I have a diabetic Italian Greyhound and the instachew allows me to go about my day and in conjunction with his glucose monitor can feed him when he needs it ! I can select the amount and see him approach his Instachew! Dont know how i would have survived without it!
Worth the money! I love having the schedule and being able to change it from my phone. The camera has been nice for when we are away at work, or travel. It has made all of our lives so much easier & I highly recommended upgrading if you don't have an automatic feeder!
My current feeder I was using broke, this one was in stock and on sale nearby me so I decided to give it a try since it came with a camera and my old one didn't have that. It's speak and nice, good size. Very easy to set up and use, batteries are huge so I had to go store buy those. Otherwise it's working well as expected to schedule to food took me a little while to get use to not as simple as more other model I used but once I got the hang of it and use my brain lol was easy to understand. I hope this last just as long as my other feeder did for 5 years. Definitely wish came with a metal bowl! Maybe add that in future
It's good. I like the night vision function, the sound and movement detection, the 2 way audio. I WISH THE Schedule functions was a little better. Like I wish I could schedule for like twice a day instead of having to have multiple times. Love the portion control.
