So I have an insta pot and I own chickens, so u can imagine we eat alot of eggs. I hard-boil alot of eggs. A friend told me about using it to pressure cook eggs. I thought no way could this work. I tried and failed a few times til I got the time right. They would be wet and sometimes they would crack or almost burn. But. This egg holder is a game changer. Perfect eggs! U can stack 2 and be able. To male18 eggs. I love it.

I love my Instant Pot - it's one of the appliances that I didn't appreciate until I got one - now I don't know how I ever lived without it. I've been collecting the gadgets that go along with it and am so glad I got them egg cooker. This silicone egg holder works great for cooking eggs in the instant pot! I did Cook with this holder and eggs were perfect. The eggs sit nicely on the holder in place and are easily lifted out if you put the holder on the wire rack. This is so much easier than just laying the eggs on the rack and having them roll around or trying to find little holders to use. The silicone is sturdy for holding the eggs, yet flexible for washing. I like the fact that these can withstand high temps and high pressure. They work great to make hard-boiled eggs in my Instant Pot. I highly recommend it.

I love using this silicone egg rack when boiling eggs. It is so easy to use and the results are consistently good. This rack was made for use in an instant pot but willl work in just about any large pot it fits and allows water to generously cover the eggs. This rack works for making hard or soft boiled eggs and can also be used to hold the eggs after cooking them. I make boiled eggs often and run into problems with the eggs banging into eachother and cracking especially at a hard boil. I hate when they get a small crack and you can watch the crack get bigger and bigger and the egg escape the shell. This not only makes a mess but the cracked eggs are then wasted. This rack holds the eggs in an upright position and won't allow them to move around making nicely centered yolks. This makes a big difference when making deviled eggs as the presentation is so much more appealing. They look like they were prepared by a professional cook. The rack is made of silicone so it can withstand high temperatures. It is a bright and cheery yellow color and has a cool shape to it and is easy to clean. It is also dishwasher safe. The rack can hold up to 9 eggs. It is only 6" in diameter and at first I didn't think it was large enough to hold that many eggs but they do all fit perfectly. It can also hold decorated eggs or do double duty as a trivet to hold hot or cold dishes on your table.

Before I got this I was always trying to balance my eggs on the wire rack my InstaPot came with. I love this little gadget! All the eggs sit in it perfectly! Way easier! Also easy to clean and store.

I have used the egg racks since I purchased an additional 2 of these egg racks because I want to do deviled eggs for potluck last week. These egg racks are awesome in the IP & hold the eggs extremely well. If you put the 7 eggs on the egg rack & put another egg rack on top for another 7 eggs, you will still have room in your IP as wiggle room. I have an Ultra (6qt) so it fits just fine. These egg racks are dishwasher safe as well so it works well for me. I am always baking & cooking & having these in the dishwasher all cleaned up nicely is great. I strongly recommend this egg rack!

eggs stay in place and do not crack

I got tired of the cheap metal trivets that rusted and looked nasty so I decided to try this. It is smaller than I expected so I don't think it will work for steaming potatoes, but it works well for eggs, and is fine for pot-in-pot cooking, which I do frequently.

It dose what it needs to do wish I got two so I could stack them to do more eggs. I almost got a off brand metal one that held more eggs a friend told me that had gotten on and it scratched the pot up and they needed a to get a new pot.

The Instant Pot egg rack is bare bones in packaging. It's not dressed up in any way, a piece of cardboard with information on it. The product itself is uniquely designed & can boil several eggs at one time. It can also be used as a stand for decorating eggs which is quite useful. The egg rack is easy to clean, which is a huge plus, & simple to store away. I would recommend this egg rack to anyone who boils more than four eggs at a time.
