Product works as supposed to. My mind was blown when it was delivered 3 days early when every other company seems to be at least a minimum of 3-5 days late so far.

Product just as described and working.

It works now, but it did not have any instructions or information with it. It has two buttons on the side and I do not know what they are for. My old mouse did not have these.

This mouse has two extra buttons on the left side, commonly used for browsing forwards and backwards, a feature I like. HOWEVER, on this mouse, they are precisely backwards from what I'm used to on dozens of other "extra button" mice I have used, the lower one goes FORWARD, the upper one goes backwards. Other than that, it's a decent wireless mouse for the money. If you don't care about the extra buttons, it works fine. As an "extra button" mouse, you might want to avoid it in favor of something else (yes, could be fixed in a lot of ways, but shouldn't be needed). Still, good basic mouse for the money.

Purchased for a 13 YO boy. Mouse was dropped, fell apart, and the scroll wheel broke.

Could not give any information on it because the company did not include the chip in the package. How are you going to use a wireless mouse without the chip to make it useable. Do not come with a battery also. Waste of time and money and when I try to return it the site always says not working please try again later.

This mouse goes to sleep. You have to 'click' to wake it up.. You don't know where the mouse is on the screen therefore causing you to click things you don't know where and didnt intend to click. Saves batteries..but that can cause big headaches. No instructions included.. and no way to know what the dpi button is doing or what setting it is on. Other than that an OK mouse!

ordered 2 of these and neither of them had the USB plug to make the mouse operate, seller never would get back with me I tried thru Walmart and them personally nothing.

I had to wait to use this. Nobody knows how to hook up my outside security. I bout this mouse to go withe the Acer Notebook for that system. Tired of waiting so I tried. Nope ant the mouse was sent with no instructions and…. Look at the picture!
