Logitech M325 Precision Wireless Mouse

I ordered the M325 mouse that was listed, but received the M325S mouse instead which is a newer model but much lower quality mouse. The scroll wheel is no longer smooth and silent like the M325 model was. I will be returning it since what I ordered is not what was delivered.

Very poor customer service, RGT Group seems to be scammers, they don't send you what you ordered and they use the cheapest way of shipping possible. Go Figure what's going happen to your order.... save your patience and order from amazon.

The mouse currently being shipped in Feb 2026 is the incorrect model. I ordered the M325 mouse. What was shipped is the M325s mouse. The difference is that the M325s does NOT have the universal USB receiver. I need that. So, FAIL. Otherwise it is a nice mouse. I particularly like that it is a good size and not honking large so so many other mouse.

The mouse I received was not as advertised. I received an m325s mouse - not the m325 which was advertised. Also it was not factory sealed but in a cloth bag. I did not even try it since it didn't appear to be brand new or the item that I chose

Unlike others that received the M317, I received the M325S model. Both were in previously opened clam shell packages. The item never said it was a return or refurbished item. I thought I was buying a new item. Both of the mice did work, so I'm not returning them. They were fulfilled by an outside vendor, Capri Electronics. Very deceptive.

I think the one I got was a counterfeit. Can barely move the power switch and it didn't come with the unifying remote it was supposed to

The mouse sent had clear wear and tear from use despite being advertised as new.

Arrived and the wireless mouse does NOT work. Looks like it is an used item.

Mouse came with a busted battery. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd one of these that I have purchased. My wife has one. My son took my last one for school, so I had to buy a third one for me. It is a simple, comfortable mouse. It works smoothly and the battery seems to last quite a long time for me. If I wasn't happy with them, I wouldn't have bought this one!
