Very simple to use and styles nicely

The flat iron and the curling brush work great. However, the handle is soooooo sticky, like it has a thick layer of gummy paste. I needed it or I'd have returned it. I've had to wrap the handle with something to keep my hands from getting gummed up, meaning I can't really use the flat iron part of it so well.

I liked that it was similar to my old one, but the clip that holds it shut broke with in a couple of weeks and now you can't use it as a brush! So disappointed!

I ordered 2 of the Instyler Ionic Hair Straighteners. Both straighteners will not stay locked so I can use the curling feature. I have ordered these Instylers before, and nothing ever happened to them like this. I was very disappointed when I tried to curl my hair. I really like the Instyler, but not when it malfunctions.

The seal that covers the handle peeled off instantly. The bristles on the brush part broke off, and the lock that keeps it closed broke. Only had this for a month.

Didn't notice at first, but it has some sticky residue all over handle, and barrel won't stay locked, using rubber band to keep it closed. Should have figured it was counterfeit, less than half the price of real Instyler. I threw the box away. I don't know if I can return it. Just ordered real one directly from Instyler, white not purple.

When I got this in the mail, I opened it up. The handle was super sticky. I plugged it up. Waited a while for it to get hot. It never got hot. The light came on, but it doesn't actually work.

This was bought as a gift. She didn't like it. Ad on Walmart.com says 90 day return. I am within that window but was told it was a 30 day return period. Avoid this seller. So far Walmart has told me it's between seeker and me. Avoid their 3rd party purchases.

No stars. I'm really surprised and disappointed in my purchase . I opened the box and pulled out the product and it was sticky and had hair on it. This was definitely a returned item. I'm annoyed to have to now go in to the store and return it still I need to buy one.

This was a replacement of the same curling iron I previously owned for years that finally bit the dust. Upon opening the packaging, the whole curling iron had some sticky substance all over it. I never had this happen with my older curling iron, and I was quite upset. I contacted customer service and was refunded without having to return, but the curling iron is pretty useless in the condition it arrived!
