Very excited!
We have not unboxed yet, as we are still waiting for the weather to warm up. However, the package came timely and as expected.

I spoke with real life American CSR !
tge Saturday before Memorial Day, I called the company after not receiving my salt water system, and to my surprise, they were open. after a 30-second hold, the CSR was a super nice American man. He addressed my concern and is shipping the missing item Tuesday due to the holiday weekend. Thank you, Spreetail your company is one we need more like in this country!

I would recommend this pool it is big and fun and I can swim laps and enjoy all our friends as well. Play different games within the pool too. If you buy it you will need at minimum 6 people. It is that big and it will require all of you to have patience and teamwork. The one thing I am not happy about is that my hose that goes to the pool that the spray into the pool, the seals are leaking and I already have to order more after 2 months of having it up. Other than that is my only complaint. Happy swimming!

Filter Pump stopped working after 2 months
We set up the pool June 16th, today is August 18th and the saltwater filter already stopped working, flashing EOL, meaning end of life. Incredibly disappointed!

would no recommend buying from Walmart. if something is wrong with the pool and you decide you want to return it Walmart says contact seller. Would not recommend buying but from seller, seller didn't answer in the 48 hours suggested.

Not Happy
Very disappointed in not getting my pool on time and carrier delivered at wrong address. after calling deliver company did not get satisfactory solution! Had this pool before and enjoyed it greatly, is why I order another one. Will not order from this buyer again because of the carrier they use for delivery.

Disappointed
I never received my pool and still was charged for it. I have contacted Walmart multiple times and they still have not fixed the issue. Very disappointed in the customer service.

broken
shipped only the pump at first and then after setting it up (which took much longer than i was lead to believe) it was discovered that multiple kegs were defective and broken. now i have an unusable pool
