Intex 530 GPH Easy Set Pool Replacement Cartridge Filter Pump

When we first started using the filter that came with the pool, I could see right away we were going to have a problem, not water flow was being provided to remove the debris in the water, mainly Algae. Then we upgraded to this filter, what a difference, within 30 minutes of installing. Please note if your pool is 6' - 18' (183 cm-549cm) already came with a filter you are going to want to upgrade to this filter. You will also need to order 2 adapators #10722, from Intex direct 1-800-234-6839. The filter hose for this filter is going to be larger then what you previously have, the adapt or will take care of the issue. The price is Only around $6.50-$7.00 each. Good luck and happy swimming.

I'm somewhat disappointed with my purchase. with In the Swim. My pool filter has no switch button as shown on photo or as described. Im happy with Walmart for delivering my purchase earlier than expected. Have it up and running, but as mentioned this doesn't have the switch in the back next to the timer. Having that switch in the back makes it easier for me to work with. Ive purchased the same ones before and have always had the button. Big disappointment.

Upgraded the pool pump that came with our above ground pool that broke after a month (which caused us to have a bad algae problem). This works so much better and helped get rid of all the algae. Our pool is staying as clear as the day we set it up. Would recommend not even using the pump that came with your pool. If you have an above ground pool, upgrade your pump right away or you will regret it. I have a 2900 gallon pool and I run this pump for 4 hours a day.

I have the 16x48 coleman pool and last year i had to dump the water twice. This year i decided to go bigger than the little filter it came with. This did wonders haven't had to dump the water and yes i used chemicals last year and this year. I will say though I did also purchase a vacuum. This pump is powerful I definitely made a great choice. Did need to purchase adjustment parts but wroth it!

i had to purchase a new filter after i bought a summer waves pool this year. i contacted walmart spreetail and they regused to refund or send a new one. this one seems better made. i used the other approx 6 weeks, buy intel not summer waves!!!

It works great but it only filters the water for about 10 hrs at a time . Then it stops. The last one would never stop. So it does seem to work you have to keep turning it on. And it is a bit hard to turn it on. You have to keep pushing the buttons. All I can say is it does work well when it is on.

The pump in the pic works amazing, the pump I got works like crap and is not even the same pump as listed. Waste of a $100

It worked for a short while but now the cylinder canister that holds the filter cartridge is always almost empty after it runs just a short time. And the green/yellow/red indicator never changes from green even when I find a very dirty filter cartridge.

Now this is just disrespectful. Showed up on my porch like this, went to Walmart to take it back, and they said it will take two weeks to get a replacement or even a return because it's sold through a “third party” they call it “Walmart market place” well this is a birthday present for my son. If it happens to not work someone better count their flipping days. Looks like someone already tore it open and returned it. Like at least replace the box?? This is just disrespectful. There is a straight up hole in the box. And the Caro Mi. Walmart customer service center can count their days as well. Never in my life have I been interrupted so many times and treated SOOOO poorly over being send a product shipped in a box with a HOLE in it. Walmart, if you can sell through a 3rd party you can do returns through a 3rd party! They even refused to give me a gift card. I just want the dang thing replaced or exchanged before My sons birthday but that is not going to happen due to the 3rd party company who shipped this and due to Walmart employees poor customer service.

Have not got to enjoy my pool due to the pump that I received had a melted part… i have been working with the company to get a replacement but my replacement wad sent to the wtong place. 3 weeks later and im still waiting…!!
