Intex Excursion 5 Person Inflatable Fishing Boat with Motor Mount, Motor Not Included

Received exactly what I was expecting

I order this set as a Christmas present for my better half. I received the boat and the motor mount but waited and waited for the motor to arrive. After Christmas, I reached out and was told that the motor was out for delivery. via Fed Ex. for over two weeks. Fed Ex did an investigation then closed it out with no resolution from them. The company offered to refund or resend the order. The company resent me a boat and motor mount. I ended up buying another motor from another company. Over all the company was fantastic in this, Fed Ex is a completely different matter.

The item listed stated that there would be a trolling motor with this boat. It was delivered without a trolling motor. I was back-and-forth with the seller for weeks and they refused to send me the trolling motor that was stated to come with the boat. I will never buy anything from this company again. They stated it was an error in the written Item description.

Misleading description — it does not include the trolling motor. You can get the same boat and mount much cheaper from DICKS or other Walmart sellers. Not worth it.

I originally ordered and it said it was delivered, yet I only received the boat mount. I didn't receive the boat until the following day and I thought it was lost... I finally got to use it for 20 minutes and noticed the air decreasing rapidly and I could hear it too. I never got to use it and my family was so excited once I had it all pumped up... VM Express has been very hard to reach and I hope to have this boat replaced. Very unhappy I thought this boat would last a while..

Have to register to use trolling motor and 40 lbs motor can get a better motor for the price .

if i don't get the trolling motor as promised i will cancel my walmart account

DOESN'T COME WITH THE MOTOR

dishonest seller. al least put a right description for what to expect to deliver
