This hot tub is Awesome. I bought this for my husband and we use it daily. It is very easy to set up and takes about 24 hrs- once installed to reach the 104 temperature max. We have no issues with keeping it this temperature. This is definitely worth the purchase. If you are considering buying this—— DO IT. You will not regret the decision.
We just got this hot tub last week and in less than 45 minutes, we had it inflated and filled with water. Being that we're in Minnesota, it took just about a day and a half to get it to 104 degrees, and it's holding the temperature nicely. We set it up in our garage on a piece of foam board as our garage floor is a little uneven and we wanted a little extra cushion between the bottom of the hot tub and the cement floor. It's super sturdy, even before filled. You can sit on the edge without feeling like it's going to cave over. We're very impressed by the force of the bubbles as we weren't expected them to feel as good as they do! Definitely recommend this as an option for anyone on a budget or who wants the ability to take it with them, wherever they go!
Love this product. There was not a lot of info about the chemicals needed. Make sure you order chlorine, ph levelers and test strips. I ended up with painful hot tub rash only 4 days after set up. I checked the first 3 days. Didnt check day 4...ended up with hot tub rash for a week.
A great deal for the money. When facing the quarantine, I knew I needed something to get through!!! So we ordered this on 3/28, and had it by 4/1. It has really given the kids and myself something to look forward to, especially since we missed our spring break trip. The tub is very sturdy and the bubbles are fun, and strong enough to be relaxing. It has been cold here, so it takes a while to increase temp, but it does hold it well. After a few days we kept getting the E90 error code. Customer service is non existent right now due to the shut downs, but we figured out that the pump couldn't pull the water through the filter. Not sure why, it's not that dirty, but when we take it off, the water flows fine. There are two filters, so we were only able to keep one on at a time. Hopefully we can get that figured out when CS comes back. But otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase! And we have fit 3 small adults and 2 children with no problem!
What a fun, refreshing toy. Wish I'd bought when they were reasonably priced . Having great times. Instructions were horrible for setup. Instructions are horrible for upkeep and proper chemicals.
Love this hot tub!!! Jets are great, but they are loud. (If you watching iPad/tv makes it hard to hear). Does take a few hours to heat up. I turn my heat on in the morning to (102°) and it is usually ready by early evening. I would suggest investing in the INTEX cup holder...
Item arrived as expected. Setup was fairly straight forward and the hot tub itself works great. It is a little cozy for four people. We have been using it for about a week now so I cannot comment on its durability but it seems to be very will made.
Pleasantly surprised! The bubbles are very powerful. We've been using it in cold weather (30's) and it loses a degree about every 10 minutes. Despite those temperatures, it is always back to 104 when we want to use. Even on very cold nights (20s) we wake up to 104 degree water.
This is a very relaxing pool to sit in. I've had muscle spasms and this has helped a ton. However, at this point it seems like it is going to require a lot of maintenance. I've had it setup less than a week and already I've received an E90 error which means it isn't getting good air flow. I checked the filter on the intake and it had just a few hairs and particles (basically very little that you wouldn't think it wouldn't obstruct) but just that little bit was enough to set it off. Swapping it with the stand still filter did the trick. I recommend that before you let anyone in you have them shower beforehand. It doesn't take much for this. Also clean the filters often.
Don't expect it to last longer then one summer. My pump and heater broke within 10 months. It worked well during that time but at the current cost it's not worth the money
