This solar cover really works well. It's really just a rough 12' bubble wrap. I would work better if it were thicker but the top water of the pool gets very warm.

Serves a better purpose
Four stars because what you receive is a big round blue piece of bubble wrap. Seriously, you could make this yourself for much less. I was going to return it until I found that it did a great job keeping grass clippings out of the pool. It's worth it just because it keeps debris out of the pool.

Works but not durable
Works to warm up the pool water, but this is my second one because they only last about 2 years then fall apart. Basically this is blue bubble wrap. When it wear out (from sun exposure), you end up with little blue plastic circles in the water - not fun to try to scoop out. But, it does work.
