[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought this product a week ago and the day I started playing with it I fall in love with it. I recommend it to everyone beginners to advanced. Buy it now!
i was able finally set my settings and it worked very well. https://youtube.com/shorts/T9x7_wDO-xw?si=wvLm6IkVeYFsMYyF
Great product for the price, very easy to assembly and start using. the remote control is awesome, gives you control all the time. Great product for someone that wants to practice table tennis.
This is a super fun robot for the family! Everyone has had a great time and it is good for all levels of play. Assembly is very easy; about a minute! We also purchased the ipong carbon fiber table tennis ball catch net and a pack of 50 ping pong balls.
My son is going for a Intramural Table Tennis team and the IPong V100 is a good value for its price. It can only do topspin or a slow normal spin, but it does what it knows(topspin) well. It shoots the balls out at a consistent speed with a little bit of variability. Meaning that it won't shoot the ping pong balls in the exact same place the same way. Some shots will have a little bit of air and the others will be lower (this is not oscillation though). This allows him to play like playing with a real person. Also, My son is more of a defensive player. Attack-based players usually use topspin, so this robot is a good simulation of what he will face during competitions. Overall, if you aren't willing to spend $150 or more on a more sophisticated robot but you want better speed and spin than the $30 base-line version, the IPong V100 is the way to go.
It's a great system and much better than the iPong Pro, well worth the extra money. My first two iPong Pros were defective so I decided to finally get this one. Wireless remote is great as well as the tilt stand. You can even save your favorite settings to a memory. I only wish it came with tips for oscillation, like if you wanted it to alternate between 1 backhand and 1 forehand continuously. Still a great purchase that I highly recommend for anyone looking to get better at table tennis.
Very cool robot but batteries crash after a few minutes ... and pinpong balls cannot pass the net because of lack of velocity !
Get it for a Xmas gift from my son. Excited when open it, Every thing going fine when we figured out., But after less than15 times using, the balls shoot out just dropped one foot away from the Machine.
easy assembly but difficult to make it work correctly because of poor instructions. balls mostly do not hit the table but are thrown beyond the table end, impossible to adjust range of shooting. cheaply made. dont buy this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We were really excited for this new toy to go along with our new table. Simple to set up and we were in business. After 5 minutes it simply stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot and the manual said that it is "extremely sensitive"?? I called customer service and they stated that this is normal that I would have to send it back! Which is exactly what we are going to do...for a refund.
