These are the perfect size for what I wanted them for, 1 went into the bathroom and the other went into my office for small paper scraps. I bought 4 gallon trash bags based on the description. They seem a little big, but I didn't have to stretch the bags over the rim so that is a big plus. I feel like the timing is perfect between the lid lifting and shutting. My nosy pup decided to investigate when it opened, but the closing startled her and she's left it alone ever since. My very large dog walks by them all the time, and they don't accidentally activate. You can hear the motor, but it is not loud or obnoxious. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, was the poor packaging. The bins were nestled together, and were hard to separate, and one of the insert frames got bent as a result as well. With a little heat, I was able to reshape it, but disappointed that I had to do it in the first place.

I said would recommend but only because it's two. one works perfectly while the other is broken already

I bought these on Black Friday for a great price. Obviously too good to be true. These cans listed as around $139 which I find hard to believe. This price was obviously marked up to seem like a great Black Friday deal. They are small which I expected BUT they are also flimsy and I find it hard to believe all these positive reviews. I can't believe anyone would pay a hundred and thirty something dollars for thin flimsy, cheaply made cans. 1 of them was dented on both sides making the lid not fit properly. They do automatically open as described but that's about it. Started a return but I have to take them back to the store myself.

These are the perfect size however, the two trash cans are stuck one inside the other and someone smashed them together so tightly that I cannot get them apart no matter what and I'm a grown 6 foot49-year-old man these trash cans are not coming apart

It arrived broken with a large crack in the base. The packaging was terrible— the manufacturer did not use any sort of cushioning whatsoever to prevent the product from breaking while in transit. Do not recommend. While I was able to return it, it was a huge disappointment and annoying to deal with.

The worst purchase. This trash can exploded it burn my whole restroom it catch on fire. So beware with this trash can. The trash can also stop working didn't open or close an now it catch on fire it almost burn my house.

I need to return these items in exchange for bigger ones. It's still in boxes!!
