It would have been a little easier to assemble if the screws were "star" heads instead of Allen wrench heads. I found a star bit that fit well enough so I could speed up the assembly using a cordless drill. I had to read each section of the instructions 2-3 times but if you follow the steps exactly as laid out it should go together smoothly. It appears to be sturdy enough to last for many years.

Well worth the price. I bought these to fit in my closet as extra storage options. Perfect fit and sturdy enough.

LOVE IT, this was the easiest bookcase we have ever put together. Took about 30 minutes. We re-arranged our bedroom and it fits perfectly beside our bed. Only drawback is that the shelves are not very high so you can't put a large picture on it, but it fits my 4x6's perfect, and I put some of my late mother's porcelain angels beside her picture.

Nice bookcase, looks better than expected. Very easy to follow directions, all necessary tools included if you need them, and extra pieces. I was able to put it together alone in under an hour.

Perfect for the dorm! We needed something narrow to go over the mini fridge and microwave and also create a high shelf for the lofted beds. This worked perfectly!
