Worked Immediately for my Morning Anxiety!
I was having terrible Morning Dread and Anxiety. Other people have said that 5-HTP was more effective for them than SSRIs because it helps your body produce Serotonin naturally. I'm so glad I took their advice. I felt 90% better the very next morning!

Great combination and trustworthy
I really like this brand of vitamins, herbs, and nutrients. Some people psyche themselves out of the effects by expecting too much-that these don't have the expected efficacy that they expect, but herbs and amino acids and nutrients are supplemental to the body and assimilate themselves to what naturally occurs. No nutrient or supplements are meant to be mind altering. However, the combination of the amino acids , vitamins and herbs are meant to act as adaptogens to counteract whatever stress is put on the mind and body.
