the listed dosage is three, but I typically use two. if I don't get enough sleep at night, working late, nodding out the next day, this gives me a second wind.

I definitely love this item. It does help me to mentally focus. It wakes up my brain without the jittery effects of caffeine...HOWEVER... when I mail order this product (not sold locally) during the winter months the capsules will freeze and burst in the jar. The most I have lost is 7 capsules and have had to wipe off the rest. I still recommend this product... just stock up before winter hits!

For having to take 3 huge pills, I was disappointed that I didn't notice anything at all.
