I like this product. The quality of the ingredients is good. The size of the pill is easy to swallow. It doesn't have a taste. For the dosage, I took 1 per day. This provides me with benefits as it helped with my stress. The package is also easy to open.

I've noticed normalized mood and really see this working. The capsule is quite big so might be hard to swallow, use lots of water! Ordered for second time.

I love this stress product, It helps take the edge off. It is not too strong, you can use it and still do what you have to do. It makes your stress time just fade away.

Does alright in helping reduce daily anxiety and stress but I get better results out of of another product containing higher amounts of gaba and theanine (pus 5-htp) in much smaller pills, so maybe that these don't contain 5-htp among the ingredients is why they're not right for me. It might benefit you perfectly though if you're just trying to take a little bit of the edge off. I have developed trust in Irwin Naturals to make quality products, but these just don't pack what I need into those two big ol' capsules. Not going to rate it low just because it wasn't THE THING for me. It did show promise but just not enough.
