I love this product. The only problem is that it says thake three a day. I have to take 6 to see results. so i take three early and three late and boy does it get the water off of me. I have such issues with retaining water. it's nice not to be 10 pounds overweight all of the time.

I have been using this product quite awhile. I feel like it's working! I feel like it certainly increases my urination! The ingredients seem healthful. Not sure how much it debloats.

It definitely works, not sure if for the bloat, though! In my case it helped releasing whatever water retention there might have been... I gave 4 stars because once I started taking the pills, I needed to use the restroom all the time -- and that was a real inconvenience. I will not buy it again because I am not sure how healthy is for my kidney (having the urge to urinate every 5-10 minutes)
