Holy Moly, does it work. It works. It works really well. I do not recommend trying to take 3 does a day like the bottle says. Just try 1 dose and see how it feels, then wait a few days. My stomach was as flat as it has ever been and I have a dreaded PCOS belly. Male Fat Pattern Distribution, if you will. I definitely recommend, just not as many doses as the bottle states.

I came across this product about a month ago and decided to try it. My body always feels bloated and uncomfortable. Since I have been taking this product, I have had less bloating with the recommended dose of 3/daily. The first day I took this product I noticed results. While using this product, I found if I really push my water intake I get better results. It does cause frequent urination but that is better to deal with than the discomfort in bloating. I have not tried a diuretic in the past because I was afraid the ingredients may be harmful. The ingredients in this product, herbs and fish oil, seem to be safe enough for me. I would recommend this product.

It works in quite a short time relieving my bloat. Great quality ingredients and composition is just nice in the supplement. The capsules have so taste and the size is manageable to swallow. I feel the benefits, stomach has relaxed. May go to the toilet more often to pass water.

I'm glad I found this as so far, so good! I never realized the health benefits of flaxseed oil, but now that I've educated myself, I feel good about taking these. I do notice a difference in bloating and I am in the peri-menopause stage of life. Excellent find!

Great combo of ingredients, sadly it wasn't sustainable for me, as it turned out there were a couple of ingredients that I wasn't compatible with (after the fact). It was great for the fluid retention, not so much for the bloating. Great product if there aren't any other underlying issues.

Have only used about half so far, haven't experienced any positive results.

So far no complaints about this. I only tried 1 bottle, but i didn't continue. Because i have dehydration issue, so i don't take it daily.i only take it when i needed. It has help with the fluid retention, so far effect is fair. I take 2 dose a day. Please check your hydration level before taking.

Not so sure about this product, at first it seemed to help and then the gas and bloating seemed to get worse. I was only taking one a day, but stopped even that one after a week and a half. I think I will stick with the Peppermint Gels, as they work wonders for my system. Hope this helps anyone who has GERD like me.
