I'm 32. I have a slight issue with my veins and it may be due to extended periods of standing throughout my life. I decided to take these vitamins to help promote circulation and on about say 3 I started to experience sharp pains, especially in my left arm. This vitamin did not agree with me. Since then I was told I have pulmonary embolism. I completely stopped taking the vitamins. Unsure if it contributed to anything but I was completely fine before just concerned about the cosmetic appearance of my legs over the passed few years. There is a concerning ingredient (Titanium dioxide) in this vitamin and everyone should really do their research before making this purchase. Best of wishes to everyone.
