Good product but needs changing to tablet
This product gives me energy and over all performance. And for that reason I like the product. I only wish it did not come in gelcaps because Everytime I use it I end up in the hospital with diverticulitis.

I don't know how well it works because whoever packaged it decided it was okay the put two glass bottles of pills (the pills container is made of glass) inside a paper package with no bubble wrap and wasn't even in a box. it arrived smashed and crushed. had to get a refund. now I won't buy again because I don't trust it will arrive unbroken
