We bought this for our dad because it had both the standardized extract and berry powder. So far our dad has said it has helped him, especially reducing the number of times he had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Will keep buying as it seems to work.

This product ''worked'' from the first capsule taken. And, it has continued to work since. I am very pleased with the results. At 77 years of age we need all the help we can get. I hate taking Rx if there is a viable alternative. And, this turned out to be it.

I honestly figured this product was going to be like the rest of the products I've used pratically useless, but I was very surprised that after about 3 weeks of use I now can ''sometimes'' make it through the night without ever getting up to use the bathroom. At one point I was getting up 3 times a night. So will continue taking this product once a day I'm sure it can only get better.

It did not help me. When I purchased it I thought there is a money back guarantee. Now I cant see that guarantee. I would like a refund.The seller is excellent but the review is for the product. Sorry 4 stars is the highest I can give to the product.
