I have used several products for prostate health over the years. This product really works for me. I also like the fact that I only have to take one per day. Several products that I have used in the past recommend taking as many as three per day.I highly recommend this product.

I tried a few other brands, some with good results initially, but their effects seemed to fade quickly. I have been using the Zhou product for a while now and am very pleased. I no longer have to get up 4-5-6 times a night. I get up maybe once, but often sleep the night through. You don't know what a relief that is until you can't do it! I take mine in the evening, 3-4 hours before bedtime. Be advised that, despite the admonitions on the bottle to take no more than one capsule, I take two. Then again, I am larger than most humans. Ha! So, start with one, give it a week. Also, with other brands, in similar dosages, I see no similar warnings. I have seen no adverse effects. I have read that other products, notably those that advertise heavy beta-sitasterol content, are contra-indicated for those with heart issues, which would be an enormous number of those old enough to need saw palmetto! Bottom line is that it works for me, and is certainly worth trying if you need this kind of product.

I do notice a difference when I take them and when I stop taking them, but it's not drastic... It definitely helps though. Occasionally I'll still wake at night even when taking them, but usually only if I drink a whole lot right before bed.So it's not a miracle drug, but it is a useful supplement.

This product did not work for me despite the fact that it might be a quality product based on its ingredients and description.Update: Though I did not ask for the company issued me a refund (after seeing my review) along with a kind note. I thought that was nice.
