I am a retired clinician doctor. Yesterday I bought this product again using Walmart. I ordered it around 10AM and received it at 5:56PM on the same day. I have taken saw palmetto for over thirty years with good results since I am old and haven't had any prostate problems yet and am blessed. I first took the whole palmetto leaf capsule products, then went to saw palmetto extract which was better for reducing getting up at night and then when the extract form was still having me get up every three hours I went to Urinozinc since it had added beneficial ingredients and it worked. Now I am up every six hours at night, once. I like it, my wife likes it and my cat likes it. We all sleep better.

Does the job. However it goes without saying, if i find another product works as well or better then i'm not married to this one. A Fact - Its tough maturing in ones life

check with pharmacist, due to they carry many types. one month, noticed a difference already especially at nite time, not near the trips waking up. extremely large tabs, was my husband notes. also, check with your doctor, for more thorough followup

Sorry for those who found it ineffective. All I can say is that I am on my second month using this product, and I have gone from getting up 3-4 times every night to go to the bathroom, to only once a night. So it has kept its promise on that and has definitely improved the quality of my sleep. It is worth trying!

didn't work for me. company did refund my purchase price. refund was issued via gift card with generic labelling. I thought it was junk mail till I researched a little more. 5 stars for customer service, too bad it didn't help me at all.

the ingredients says using international and U.S sources. I'd prefer a break dow of where the ingredients are sourced. On the outside of box says 60 caplets leading me to believe its a 2 month supply. Its not, back label says 2 per day. Finally after,reading Supplent facts come " OTHER INGREDIENTS" 17 other ingredients , " hypromellose,croscarmellose,polydextrose, maltodextrin, etc what?
