I gave these to my husband who is 67 and has been having trouble sleeping. He had trouble going back to sleep after waking in middle of the night. He has tried many different products to no relief. After using these for a week he found they work great. We are both very pleased with the efficacy of this product and we highly recommend it.

So far so good. Been taking it for a couple weeks now and will order more in the future. Pills are big but the texture is soft and easy to swallow. I ordered the GNC MEN'S PROSTATE Formula, 60 Softgel Capsules, with Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, and Zin for my husband. He run's a lot but is also near 50 and drinks a lot of fluids. He get's up 4-5 times in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. He was reluctant to use these, but after a few weeks, he is down to getting up once per night to none. He gives this product a thumbs up!

GNC Men's prostate Formula with 60 Softgel Capsules, with Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, and Zinc is a dietary supplement meant to support prostate health. The daily dose is two of the rather large capsules, which are soft and easy to swallow despite being generally larger than I prefer. There is no foul flavor when swallowing, or that you might burp up afterwards. I like that this supplement doesn't contain any bad fillers - no soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, salt or artificial flavors. The formula is straightforward as well with 15mg of zinc, 2mg of copper, 320mg of saw palmetto berries extract (primary ingredient), 10mg of lycopene and 160mg of beta-sitosterol. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any results, but I also haven't noticed any negative side effects, and I know from my research that these are the recommended nutrients to help with prostate function, and urinary flow so I would recommend this product.

From a trusted company with quality ingredients, pills are easy to take, no aftertaste. Start working almost immediately, it seems. I purchased a bottle of this supplement as I wanted it for the proscribed claims.  Has it helped me?  Honestly, I don't know.  I've taken vitamins and various supplements over the years, off and on, and have never been able to discern any difference in my body or my performance whether I'm taking the supplement or not.  It's the same with this supplement.  I have noticed no difference in prostate or urinary function since I started taking it.  Does that mean it's not doing anything beneficial?  No.  It may be providing benefits I am unable to feel or notice.  It is composed of ingredients I want to take so even though I can notice no benefits I will consume another bottle or two and will see if it provides noticeable results. It can't hurt.

These seem okay, but we wonder about the overlap of some of the ingredients with the regular daily multivitamin. Somehow think it might just be better to continue with the multivitamin and buy supplements for the items in this formula (such as Saw Palmetto and Beta Sitosterol.) We don't think the individual supplements would be very expensive, and that way all the "bases" would be covered.

My Dad has had prostate issues for years. He was told that the good news was that men with prostisitus did not get prostate cancer. We hoped that this product would help with his discomfort but it has not made any discernible difference. Not everything works for everyone, perhaps this product will help others.
