This is the vitamin my primary care physician suggest I take daily now at 72 he believes in keeping your immunity high and I have to agree so this is a very good vitamin, not only in his opinion, but in mind been taking it now for the last five years

It is the brand Centrum recommended by our PC doctor. As for convenience, the line that you use to divide into 2 pieces to make swallowing easier is on the pill. Soft pill with gadget to cut is easy with line or backside with no visible line. Taste is unimportant since you are swallowing with a drink of choice.

I’ve been taking these Centrum Silver Men’s 50 vitamins for years. I was already using them when COVID-19 began. I’m confident they helped me through a couple of rounds of that without too much damage. I don’t see any reason not to use these vitamins from now on.

I'm 65 and people say you're supposed to take a multivitamin at my age.. I don't know if it helps or not I don't feel any worse when I don't take it but I do just sit around most days..

Talk to your pharmacist or doctor and find out if Centrum Silver has a daily vitamin that can provide the nutrients you may need to supplement in your diet.

Been taking a daily vitamins for many years. When I joined the 50's crowd I switched to the over 50's vitamin group. As these pills include many vitamins, you should check to see if any of the included vitamins interact with any other medications you may be taking. For example, vitamin K with interact with warfarin/coumadin. I will use another 50 brand if this one is unavailable.
