I've used this product. My experience had been some weight lose but most notably the inches on my waist line. It also does curb your appetite as well to a point. Would recommend to others.

Fat reduction.
These pills are big. I didn't notice any difference. You need to take 3 pills twice a day. Picture compared to a Tylenol caplet.
