The flavor is pleasant, and it's a convenient way to get my cranberries every day. If I had to buy juice and drink it every day, I probably would rarely get my cranberries in. I would usually drink cranberry juice weekly, but I found it to be too overwhelming at times. These cranberry gummies replace the need for me to constantly run and buy cranberry juice. Not as good as the blue ones
