Just got back from a two-week camping trip, and this cooler worked better than expected! The average outside temps were 60s and low 70s int he day; 40s at night. Before I left, I plugged it in overnight and packed food straight from the fridge the morning I left. Come to find out, it is best not to include any ice, but I wanted to have to have a happy hour cocktail or two and put sone in a 16 cup plastic container. However, it caused it to get too cold (see pic) and froze several items. I got rid of the ice and the average temp then stayed at around 34 - 36 degrees (see pic), much better than advertised. Not sure why other reviewers did not have the same luck or the temps never got below 40 degrees. One negative (and the reason I did not give it 5 stars) is that the cooler cannot be left out in the rain (the compressor fan is on top) and I had plans to keep it outside my camping trailer plugged in. But I figured out I could turn a rectangular laundry basket upside down over it (this allowed air flow for the compressor) and threw a tarp over it, and it stayed dry through two downpours. This cooler is the perfect solution to having a tiny fridge in my tiny teardrop trailer and wanting to take enough food for longer camping trips. And no more buying endless bags of ice! Highly recommend.

Excellent product ! Runs all the time…wish it had a temperature gauge so it would not always run the fan constantly.

got this online but returned it. not sure the quality would hold up and the handle is too short to roll the cooler without bending over. the plugs are in the lid and felt they may be easily bent and get broken from the compartment, which they did not fit easily back in to. I did turn it on and it cooled - did not test heating - but in the end I returned it and got something else.

Smaller inside than expected. I plugged it in kitchen outlet. Running since yesterday and overnight. Will update/complete review after a few days of testing.

Initially this cooler worked as expected as soon as it went beyond the return for a refund timeframe, the cooler started dripping water, lots of water on the inside all on my food. The cooling capacity also decreased and the cooler was not keeping my food cool, I am not happy with this purchase I regret buying this product. let's not even talk about the customer service I had to keep calling and calling and calling and calling, based on my experience I will never buy another product from this company.
