This is a handy little travel dock. It works perfectly with my Switch 1. Was able to play online multiplayer games like Splatoon 3 and MarioKart with no issues. Good deal for the money. FYI: it doesn't include any cables. You'll have to supply your own HDMI and USB-C power cables.
I usually by Nintendo branded products but decided to go cheap and see if it works. It's a little slow on startup to connect to the TV but we're talking seconds not minutes So I'm not knocking the rating for that given usability versus price. It connects and works for my switch The port is tight so it locks in there well and isn't loose which I'm happy about. Overall I definitely recommend as a on the go or a spare even as a primary connection for your TV.
Does what it says on the box, it is a switch dock and it worked fine in the one time I used it for traveling. Has all the ports you would need.
Genuinely fantastic. The same concept as the bigger ones, just as easy plug and play, and super portable. Well worth the money.
Great alternative to replace original doc. Also worked amazing with any devices with a c port very versatile doc
It's really easy. A tiny bit unstable with the Switch on it, but otherwise great. Perfect for travel or places where it won't get bumped.
the only thing i dont like about it is its not s true fit for the switch and it doesnt charge very fast
works well, but it didn't come with any cords to connect to the tv. so if you're buying it be sure to buy a cord too.
I ordered this thinking it would be a quick fix for allowing the kids to play… no. It comes with absolutely no cords to hook it up with. I checked over the entire page to see if I needed anything else and (at the time - assuming they change it after my review) it did NOT mention that anything else would be needed. We have no cords at the moment, so this was a waste of money without shelling out more money for the cords. I could've gotten one from Amazon for half the price that comes with the cords next day, had I not wanted to do one-hour express delivery in the moment.
I thought this dock would be a great low priced option. I was very sorely mistaken. While this dock will work for a few uses I can confirm it does project to the TV and charge my switch but as of today I have found out it has completely fried my switch. My very expensive switch that I spent good money on now no longer works, will not turn on, screen doesn't work, nothing. I am absolutely livid whoever created this dock system obviously is out to just ruin peoples days. And I fully expect to not hear a single thing about my switch. I fully expect I will not be able to get my switch replaced and I will have to pay out-of-pocket hundreds of dollars to get a new one. So no, do not ever buy this doc just because it is a cheap option, does not mean it is a good option. Take it from someone who is now reaping the crappy benefits of her poor decisions. Pay the $50 for a licensed Nintendo docking station, which comes with all the cables you need including a new charger. Just do that. Don't buy this. And to whoever created this dock you are an absolute joke and so is this product. See photo of the devil dock in question and my now absolutely useless switch.
