This product is very easy to set up. You don't need to be a tech savvy to do this. All you need is to connect the monitor and the laptop. It comes with a USB-C cable to connect your laptop already. I used HDMI to connect my monitor to it. It has 2 USB-C ports, 2 HDMI ports, 2 regular USB ports, 2 HDMI ports, 1 Ethernet, SD and micro SD ports. Wee let's try this again. I've already written this review 3 times and each time it dissappear and asks me to review again. We actual loved this device and I am planning on buying 2 more for myself and my other son. My son tested this out, he is 22 and he loves it. Allows him to plug his laptop, camera, wireless mouse all at once as well as charge his phone and run video! We highly recommend!

I received this multi-port dock for testing and a review. Right off the bat, I was disappointed that the unit did not come with a PD 3.1 pass-through charging unit. I had to purchase a charging unit just to use the dock. After getting it hooked up with my new charger, I was very impressed with the ability to connect multiple monitors and other types of accessories at the same time when I am charging my laptop. I also like that it included two sizes for SD cards. The unit is a definite buy for multitasking in the office.

I thought in my huge box of junk I had an adaptor. I didn't. I ordered it from Amazon because all the ones I did have didn't work. I read the instructions and then, just gave it to my husband to deal with. I am not a tech person. Technology has rejected me completely. But once he plugged everything in it worked just fine. It has so many ports. If you have a bunch of stuff to plug in this is your best bet. It has everything labeled! That is the best thing ever.
