It is simple, and it is functional. There's not a whole lot to say about it, except for that it did exactly what I needed it to do and saved me a lot of money in the process.

This was just what I needed. I bought a new laptop and the usb c port is only for data transfer. I bought this item so i could hook up the dual monitors. Simply downloaded the drive, restarted the laptop, voilà, 2 monitors again. extended. highly recommend.

My mothers HDMI port was broken on her t.v. Purchased this to bypass it and still connect her laptop to her t.v., works well.

Works very well. Be sure to read instructions and download drivers from website for quick and easy installation and use.

so it works great! on a personal laptop. if you want to use it for a work laptop, make sure they allow you to download stuff outside of work. i did not know this device makes you download to your laptop/system before using.

Didn't work f I r what we thought it would. So many not a bad product, just didn't wirk for us.

This review is based solely on use with a PC not a Mac. I selected "No" because it depends on your device. I have a PC and the adaptor resulted in my computer lagging. Even when I made adjustments to refresh rate and tried different outlets, the result was the same. I do not own a macOS but maybe the device works better with those devices than a PC.

You have to download a driver to use it. I ended up buying a cable with the same capabilities for the same price that I bought this adapter for. Just get the cable instead.

Zero issues as far as connecting it to my other screens . However, i Have to replace it after a few weeks. I noticed that it would turn my screens a grainy color almost shadowy colors instead of the pure colors. I use the adapter on more than one screen, and as soon as I used it, it affected the colors and the quality of the screen so it's definitely the adapter. Now I'm on the hunt for another one

The signal keeps disconnecting almost every day, sometimes more than once the same day, it just stops working and needed to unplug it and connect it again to work. And is also too pricey for this type of adapter, considering there's so many other options.
