I would recommend to those who are light on applying products. A little of this usually goes a long way. I used this product several years ago around every 2-3 weeks. I have low porosity hair, so I didn't need to use it every day. However, now that I am using it again (3 years later), it seems to be different and not as strong and cooling as it used to be.

My hair was not growing in the crown area i stared using hair grow and i am so please there is actual hair growing there i also have dry hair and it has improved ao much Try it what jave you got to loose not hair 😂 it really is good it reminds me of the old school sulfur 8 only not that smell
