Good quality and as described
This does indeed come with 3 hoops. All sized 9”. The top can be tightened with a screwdriver for an extra snug fit. Good quality.

Perfect for beginner embroidery
My daughter and I recently became interested in embroidery, and we needed a simple hoop to hold our fabric. I was very happy to find this wooden one. I like the look better than the plastic ones. It also holds thick fabric quite well. I know that my daughter and I will get a lot of use for a long time with this hoop.

This would be fine if you plan on only using them once time and having them as a frame for your work. I planned on using them more than once so I had to cut the splinters off as I have no sandpaper at home.
