I take this and L theanine every night to sleep. It doesn't put me to sleep to tends to keep me asleep longer.

I've used this product for a decade. It keeps me balanced in a hot climate that chews up serotonin.

To support serotonin production, this product is the best.

This supplement just seems to help me be more positive and has significantly reduced my appetite. Three per day before meals works best for me.

I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 because I felt like 100mg is a higher dose than what I need. Jarrow makes a 50mg pill in the blue bottle that I had been using, but I mistakenly bought the wrong product. I started taking 5-HTP on the regular about a year ago to try to help regulate my sleep and moods, and I've noticed a definite improvement. I used to take the 50mg in the morning with my breakfast and vitamins, but I can't do that with the 100mg because it makes me a little sleepy, so I take it at night.

This did not help with my sleep.
