This product was recommended by my physician after having surgery where bone healing was needed as well as during menopause. It is a good supplement that has improved my osteopenia. It does not cause any stomach upset.
The quality of the product is amazing, i love the fact the ingredient includes high dosage of taste-less vitamin K1 and K2 but not too much vitamin D3 (just a basic amount) allowing me add vitamin D3 to my diet to the exact amount that i need, i wish they had a bigger size package with 120 softgels and maybe even more, i can see the benefit of that product since i am using it for the last 2 years,
Had some issues where I was losing bone mass on my ankles and also had an issue with bone loss on my mandible. A friend recommended I take this, its been a year and I have slowly recuperated the bone loss in my mandible. I have also take calcium, magnesium and zinc supplements to assist with it as im unable to have dairy. The product was shipped promptly and I received it right away without any issues, I purchased from Best Deals International, same price as amazon, but I rather help a small business
Good vitamin K supplements are quite rare, so if you are searching for full spectrum product containing decent amounts of K2 MK-4 along with K1 and MK-7 and without questionable additives this supplement is the way to go (along with Carlson K Complete). Note that this one also contains vitamin D3 which may be competing with K for absorption though i'm not sure about that. Thorne K2 would be another good product but it only contains MK-4 form.
Great formulation with K vitamin complex and vitamin D. 1 capsule with breakfast would be advisable for most people. Wide array of functions in the body biochemistry makes the K deficiency very problematic, while also hard to diagnose without blood testing. Especially needed for people supplementing with mid0high dose of vitamin D.

In addition to Vitamin K-1 it contains 2 forms of Vitamin K-2: MK-4 and MK7-all found to promote bone mineral density.
