I bought this product specifically to help with sleep. Sadly, I will say it has not helped with my insomnia. I do think that it is a quality product.
I like having Dr. Mercola's quality supplements available to me at Walmart, which guarantees, I will have it available with the easy Walmart home delivery service!

Taking one capsule in a.m. and one in afternoon,then one at bedtime. If I forget the afternoon one, then two at bedtime. No more leg cramps. YAY. Great product for me.
I reviewed magnesium products by many companies. This one had ingredients that were of good quality at a good dose and did not contain other ingredients that I objected to consuming.
The product arrived completely broken and no another scheduled date. They warned me by message that they would return my money, in a period of 10 days, hopefully so.
