L-Theanine…An Excellent Sleep Aid
I've been using L-Theanine as a sleep aid for sometime and found it to be very helpful in helping me to fall asleep and actually experience REM periods of sleep in which I experience dreams! No side effects. Not a drug, simply a protein. Highly recommend this product.

Ordered for next day delivery, 12 days ago and still no product, finally just canceled the order and asked for refund, However I still need the item, so I now have to find another source and start over... . I am very disappointed.
