Take 1 before sleep, really help with mood. most are 200mg but i think 100mg is plenty enough (at least start there before going to 200mg) I try to rotate .. and only take as needed

I use 5HTP all the time for fibromyalgia joint pain and fatigue. This brand works just fine and is less expensive than most.

Good supplement
I combined this with my prescription for ADHD for extra longevity and for combatting the winter blues. It does help with focus and energy but not alone. I feel a boost of positivity.

Great for what I am using it for
I started having bad sciatic pain and this was one of the supplements that was suggested that I take at bedtime so that I could sleep. Since I've started taking it. I not only sleep better, but I'm not having any more sciatic pain however there was three other supplements I was taking with it and I'm still taking.
