Solgar chelated magnesium tablets, 250 ct

I have been recommended to use this particular brand of vitamins by my holistic doctor who Is also an MD in Family Medicine. Solgar Chelated magnesium is a superior product! The company has an outstanding reputation and there product lines are all of the best quality. As a senior citizen this product supports my diet and lifestyle.

We know or should know magnesium is a necessary mineral for the human body. That being said; I believe the better the ingredients the better the quality. The less added extra unnecessary ingredients, the better the product. In my opinion, Solgar delivers well in these areas. I get the quality I need without all the extra stuff I do not. You get what you pay for; well at least in the area.

Juat began taking product but it doesn't make me sick or anything so I'm taking it long term to help, hopefully, my high blood pressure.

Great, easy to use product!

Magnesium chelate is written on the package in large letters, and magnesium oxide is present in the composition. You must specify the quantity of everyone, or the percentage. Otherwise, I do not understand how much I paid for the useless oxide form instead of the useful chelated one. This is unacceptable!

This is not even legal. The percentages of the chelated form and oxide are not written at all. However, compared to other forms of glycinate, my body recognizes the difference. I never want to buy this product again. The company should be ashamed for literally cheating its customers.
