I have been taking a calcium pill and a vitamin D pill per my doctor's recommendation for years and it has made a positive difference in my vitamin D and calcium levels. Recently a doctor recommended that my husband take vitamin D3 with K2. I had never heard of K2 before and I am glad that I found this product. My doctor told me that I should take the D3 and K2 pill instead of just the vitamin D only pill, too. We both started taking this with a meal as directed on the bottle and have had no problems. The pills are small capsules so they are very easy to swallow.

Ingredients are cleaner than other brands in my opinion.

I really love this brand and have tried their other products before. I like that this item has vitamin d with vitamin k since they work together to absorb better. The capsules are small and easy to tolerate and the capsules are vegetarian which is a plus for me. Would definitely recommend this brand and product.

I received these vitamins or my honest review. I like that these are gluten-free, non-gmo and hypoallergenic - therefore it covers those with allergies. I had no issue with digesting these vitamins - and I didn't notice an after taste. It comes with 120 capsules, you take 1x per day with a meal.. I've taken them or 21 days thus far. I honestly cannot say for certain if I feel any drastic changes and I would suspect it will take a longer period of time to see a substantial difference. I do suffer from a Vitamin D deficiency which increased from 218 to 221 (pg/ml) - so this could have a factor along with eating differently.

I ordered vitamin d, but received something called Renal. I immediately attempted to either get a refund or the correct vitamins i ordered and paid for in full plus a very hefty delivery fee. complete refusal. I then went through the trouble of having fed ex pick up the incorrect vitamins to ship back as they promisswd if I did all that, I would receive my refund but still nothing. do not order from this seller thry will intentionally ship you the crap they can't sell and refuse to give you what you paid for in full plus delivery fees.
