Doctor Recommended D3 with K2
I have been taking a calcium pill and a vitamin D pill per my doctor's recommendation for years and it has made a positive difference in my vitamin D and calcium levels. Recently a doctor recommended that my husband take vitamin D3 with K2. I had never heard of K2 before and I am glad that I found this product. My doctor told me that I should take the D3 and K2 pill instead of just the vitamin D only pill, too. We both started taking this with a meal as directed on the bottle and have had no problems. The pills are small capsules so they are very easy to swallow.

120 cap/1x day - Vitamin D increased 3 ml - so far
I received these vitamins or my honest review. I like that these are gluten-free, non-gmo and hypoallergenic - therefore it covers those with allergies. I had no issue with digesting these vitamins - and I didn't notice an after taste. It comes with 120 capsules, you take 1x per day with a meal.. I've taken them or 21 days thus far. I honestly cannot say for certain if I feel any drastic changes and I would suspect it will take a longer period of time to see a substantial difference. I do suffer from a Vitamin D deficiency which increased from 218 to 221 (pg/ml) - so this could have a factor along with eating differently.

I got Chromium picolinate which I don’t even know what this supplement is. I literally ordered vitamin d and k2. Walmart has been a circus lately… delaying orders and sending the wrong items. I’m done.
