I take multiple different supplements via encapsulations. in my opinion they're one of the best vitamins out there I just wish they made more different ones so I could include all of my supplements. there's no odor no smell no taste at all with them which is excellent. have already recommended these to other people.

I have been taking these supplements since my holistic doctor(retired now), Dr. Kuma, recommended these to me. My vitamin D level has improved over the years. Doctors now are checking patients' level and recommending these supplements. Dr. Kuma was on the cutting edge of health well before the general health profession started the push!

Reviewing: Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 125 mcg (5,000 IU) | Supplement to Support Bone, Joint, Breast, Prostate, Heart, Colon and Immune Health* | 120 Capsules. I recently (within the past year) received a recommendation from my doctor to start taking D3 at 2000 IU daily to improve my good cholesterol numbers. In addition, I have read that D3 also lowers the bad cholesterol LDL while increasing the amount of HDL, the high-density lipoproteins which absorb cholesterol in the blood and carry it back to the liver. I will make no claim in this review about the superiority of this brand of D3 over similar products being sold for the same purpose, however I will note that the international units of this brand is higher than that of the current brand I’ve been using. I can’t say if this is a good thing or not, however what I will say is that this brand of vitamin D3 comes in capsules as opposed to gelcaps and are packed in a sturdy plastic bottle. I will start taking these D3 capsules as soon as I use up the other brand of D3 gelcaps and I’m glad to know that administering these on a daily basis won’t be more complicated than my current usage of D3. I am only relying on my doctor’s recommendation when it comes to my expectation of D3 in general so it seems logical that purchasing a product with a greater strength of the product makes sense. Having said this, I would advise anyone considering this to first consult with their own doctor to make sure that usage of this product will be beneficial and not adverse.

I received thie item in a promotion. I haven't been on these vitamins for long enough to see the benifits from them. However, the pills are a nice size, easy to swallow.
