Perfect
This is the exact amout needed for a woman on a daily dose. It has helped my wound heal within 1 week, along with zinc oxide cream. Easy to take.

Work wonderful!
These are a great option if you're low on zinc. I take 1 or 2 max a day to maintain levels. Definitely feel the difference when I don't take them. Have helped out a lot!

This brand is very reliable. Shipping through Walmart is so much faster than Amazon these days. My child has ADHD and the MTHFR gene mutation. This is one of the supplements recommended. It's only been a week, but so far, there has been slight improvement with focus!
