I have the 5-MTHF mutation. And once I started taking this product recommended by my doctor I felt so much better. It helps with mental health issues and chronic tiredness. I feel like a whole new person.
I would have to take vitamins for a few days for me to physically analyze the effects, I will write a review afterwards, thanks
