I have been taking GNC vitamins for years. They are great for hair, skin, and nails too! Gives you energy and provides eye support with Lutein and Zeazantin. Not easy to swallow so I break them in half.

I like that this includes iron, because I don't eat much red meat. It is quite large, but I can get it down.

These are not a fruit snack as the prompts would suggest. As for ingesting, guess they seem to dissolve in my tummy well enough. Hum, form, is this about the shape, it's a vitamin, form does not matter for the most part. As for brain support, well, as I have heard it said "I believe in the here after, because when ever I go into a room I forget what I am here after." Hope you got that joke, but seriously, these do seem to help, I seem to have more energy and feel just a little more pep and sleep better.

Not sure these are any better just because of the brand name. Biggest issue, and the thing that will stop me from buying them again is the size. It's like taking horse pills. Very large, unpleasant and hard to swallow. Even with a full glass of water you can still feel them in your throat.
