Absolutely LOVE these vitamins!

These are not a fruit snack as the prompts would suggest. As for ingesting, guess they seem to dissolve in my tummy well enough. Hum, form, is this about the shape, it's a vitamin, form does not matter for the most part. As for brain support, well, as I have heard it said "I believe in the here after, because when ever I go into a room I forget what I am here after." Hope you got that joke, but seriously, these do seem to help, I seem to have more energy and feel just a little more pep and sleep better.

gives me more energy than the cheaper brands, I have a thyroid problem, so I normally don't have that much energy at all, but this brand helps me out a little more than the others🤷🏿

Not sure these are any better just because of the brand name. Biggest issue, and the thing that will stop me from buying them again is the size. It's like taking horse pills. Very large, unpleasant and hard to swallow. Even with a full glass of water you can still feel them in your throat.

I've been using these vitamins from GNC for a few years and was happy to see that I could now buy them from Walmart. They are not the same! I was so frustrated when I compared the ingredients lists to find that they are not just slightly different, but they are wildly different! Not the same product at all!
