THORNE - B-Complex #6 - Vitamin B Complex with Active Forms of Essential B Vitamins and Extra B6 - 60 Capsules

I never liked taking b vitamins because they made me feel weird and wired. I tried this thorne b complex %236 because i use other thorne products and feel they are a very high quality supplement brand. The capsule is easy fpr me to swallow and I don't have any weird jittery feelings like i have experienced with other brands. I'm taking b complex because my b12 tested low, i haven't retested yet so no info there, sorry. I will be buying this again because i struggle to get enough b vitamins from diet and im happy with this vitamin b complex.

Quality product

6 weeks of use and I can tell I have better energy levels throughout the day without the mid-day slump. I've been lowering caffeine intake as well due to feeling more energy naturally.

Seems to be okay. Easily digestible.

This is a staple in my day. If I choose one top vitamin that helps me overall, this is it.

Since taking a b complex my energy levels have increased!

My teenager was having issues in school focusing and remembering what he was learning. We believe it may have had something to do with epilepsy that he was diagnosed with at a young age. We added this supplement plus Brain Factors and his grades have gone up, he can sit and do homework without losing focus, and overall seems to be doing much better.

B-complex vitamins always break me out but I read somewhere that Thorne’s wouldn’t do that because they use the methylated form of vitamin B12. Took this supplement once a day for just nine days and broke out in angry comedones on my cheeks and forehead. I had perfect skin before taking it, and now that I haven’t taken it in a week, my skin is clearing right back up. This vitamin did help with my anemia caused by a B-12 deficiency though, so I’ll give it 3 stars.
