These taste great and boy do they pack a punch in getting you to sleep. Make sure you are taking them at least an hour before you go to bed. I have had to decrease to one gummy as I was so sleepy the next day. I got these to use as a magnesium supplement but they really do get you to sleep and keep you asleep.
I'm a terrible sleeper. I have a hard time staying asleep. I've been taking these gummy vitamins for about a month now. I swear by them. I take two about 30-45 minutes before I am ready to go to bed. I can feel them relaxing me. They taste pretty good too.
I really like Natrol Sleep %26 Restore. It is Melatonin free. Just 2 cherry gummies for a better night's sleep. Natrol also has products with Melatonin. I have a real problem with trying to fall asleep and staying asleep. I tried using different brands and doses of Melatonin. Not good. No help whatsoever for me. I was sleeping an average of 3-5 hours a night, every night. I was exhausted. A walking zombie I was. So I thought maybe I was having some sort of reaction to using Melatonin. I went on-line with Walmart to see if there was another product on the market for sleep. I ordered Natrol Sleep and Restore without Melatonin in it. Very skeptical because nothing has worked for many years. But guess what, Natrol worked for me. I now sleep 7-8 hours per night. And I feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning. Thank you Natrol.
Great flavor. Sleep arrives early. Wake up refreshed with no groggy side effects. You'll be glad you tried it.
I have been having problems with night cramps. I googled the subject and one suggestion was magnesium oxide. I was doubtful because research on the subject was tepid. When I went shopping for it I found this and it also said that it was good for sleep as well. I have also been having problems with sleep so I figured that I would try it. By golly it works for both. It is better for the cramps; I have had no problems since I stated it. It also seems to be helping with the sleeping.
These gummies have been a great alternative to melatonin for me. They help me relax and get better sleep without the grogginess or “hangover” feeling that melatonin can sometimes cause the next morning. I wake up feeling more refreshed and clear-headed. The cherry flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, making them easy to take as part of a nightly routine. Since they're melatonin-free, they feel gentler while still being effective at promoting restful sleep. If melatonin doesn't work well for you or leaves you feeling sluggish the next day, this is an excellent option. I've fully switched to these and plan to keep using them.
Wish I would have come across this years ago! I have insomnia and sometimes my sleep med doesn't work. Taking this gummy along with my nightly sleep med has significantly improved my sleep. I am amazed. I take it before I brush my teeth and get ready for bed and I'm lights out within 30 min. Highly recommend 10000000x.
They taste really good.. That's all tho, didn't help with sleep or anything. Could probably eat them all day without and drowsiness. Waste of $ will not buy again!
i try them a couple nights, they didnt help my sleep, it actually seem to keep me awake
I complained about how your auto system didn't show items I was searching for!! I guess I shouldn't have complained because not only is it worse than before but now everytime I go to checkout my cost jumps to almost double what I am getting cost so I don't buy it!! Which proves to me that you don't want my business so even when I am able to get transportation I will never again shop Walmart!!!
