When is the cold season you take more vitamin C than usual , but here comes the problem: your stomach tend to get upset with the ascorbic acid. I tried this brand and its really what it says. The acid is encapsulated some how that dont make you have secondary effects.. The pills are not that small. I would say they ar ein the medium size. [ see the picture].
